Casual Front of House & Barista Professional

The Role

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual who excels in guest relations, brings positive energy to the floor, and works seamlessly alongside our team to maintain our high standards of hospitality.

What you will bring to the floor:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume hospitality or specialty coffee environment.

  • Service Standards: Flawless, warm, and attentive guest service from arrival to departure.

  • Skillset: Ability to craft premium specialty coffee efficiently while maintaining consistency during peak morning rushes.

  • Attributes: A polished demeanor, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a genuine passion for the craft of hospitality.

Position Requirements & Working Rights

  • Availability: You must have full, unrestricted availability on weekends.

  • Working Rights: To ensure roster and team stability, we are only accepting applications from candidates with permanent or long-term Australian working rights. Please note that this position is not suitable for those on Working Holiday (subclass 417/462) or Tourist visas.
